Tissue Paper Background

This background was created using tissue paper that had been inked and then applied with gesso. I fussy cut the flowers from paper in my stash. Then dyed wooden embellishments to complete the layout. Very simple but effective.

Here I have created a simple layout using Celebrate papers (from memory was actually a freebie from Scrapbook Fantasies). My own title that I created on my Scan and Cut that I have  blended inks to create the affect. This page truly shows the spirit of my "adventurous" grand daughter.

Two layouts of my late mother surrounded by things that made her happy. She just loved her plants. Unfortunately I did not inherit her green thumb! A lot of fussy cutting involved in these layouts and a way to use up all those old buttons....some of them are probably from her collection!

My take on the August challenge in White with 1 using sketch (below) and the colour Sunny Yellow. I used papers from my stash plus a circle die and a leaf die (both Kaszazz dies). This is myself and my oldest son taken in Beechworth...quite a few years ago!

I was lucky enough to win this prize for my efforts from Just Add Flair.

Mama Puss

A layout I created for the November Challenge in  Kraft Plus Community This challenge was using a mood board where I chose the bright colours and I used a stencil (Kaszazz) and the theme was pets. I used a Kaisercraft page that was just "purrfect" 😏Featuring my beloved "Mama Puss" truly one of a kind who did her own thing (like sitting on the computer keyboard!) She lived for a staggering 18 years and was a much loved member of our family💔

My boys...

This was an embellishment heavy layout with lots of die cuts in the background. The birdcage, leaf sprig and vine die cuts are from Kaszazz. The background paper is an old Kaszazz design. I fussy cut some of the elements from a Kaszazz Collage pad. Some of the flowers were pre made and I made some of the others. I triple layered the "Fabulous" title. A few brads finished off the layout. These are my 4 handsome sons helping me celebrate a recent birthday.

He who supports my "craft addiction"....

I thought I would dedicate my first post to my hubby who supports my crafting. This was a simple layout with some die cuts and floral embellishments. This photo was taken on the "Restaurant Tram" in Melbourne. A great experience and one that I hope comes back.
